Do you support self-hosted deployments?
Yes — Enterprise tenants can deploy on their own infrastructure as a Docker stack. Same image as our cloud, only environment variables differ.
What about data migration from our existing EMR?
We provide a migration kit covering patients, services, prescription history, and outstanding balances. Most migrations land in under two weeks.
How does pricing scale with my team?
Pricing is per active (bookable) provider — the clinicians who see patients. Reception, billing, and read-only staff are included free, so your bill tracks clinical capacity, not headcount.
