How does pricing work?
We quote per clinic, sized to your setup — not per patient, and we never take a cut of the payments you process. Tell us about your clinic and we'll send a quote in your local currency. Non-clinical staff and extra logins don't change the price.
Why don't you show prices here?
So we can quote fairly to your context and in your own currency, rather than pin a foreign-exchange-exposed number to a page. It's the norm for serious clinic software in this market — and it means the number you get is one you can actually plan against.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with full feature access and a starter dataset imported, so you can evaluate against realistic scenarios. You're never charged during the trial. While we're in early access, we set trials up for you — request early access and we'll get you started.
Can we self-host?
Self-hosted deployment is available on Enterprise: you run the full Tenelix product on your own infrastructure — not a cut-down edition — so no patient data leaves your network. You still get periodic upgrades and a security-update channel.
What about implementation?
Starter includes guided self-onboarding. Professional adds hands-on onboarding assistance. Enterprise includes a dedicated success engineer and a data-migration engagement.
Are there transaction fees?
No. Tenelix never takes a cut of payments you process — connect your own processor or run cash / POS directly.
Can pricing change after we sign?
Annual contracts lock your price for the term, and any customer-facing change is announced ahead of time. We quote and bill in your local currency.
