How does per-provider pricing work?
You pay per active (bookable) provider — the clinicians who actually see patients. Reception, billing, and read-only staff are included free, so your bill scales with clinical capacity, not headcount.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with full feature access and a starter dataset imported, so you can evaluate against realistic scenarios. A card is required to start (it keeps trial abuse down); you can cancel anytime and are never charged during the trial. While we're in early access, we set trials up for you — request early access and we'll get you started.
Can we self-host?
Self-hosted deployment is available on Enterprise. It's the same Docker image as our cloud — only environment variables differ — with periodic upgrades and a security-update channel.
What about implementation?
Starter includes guided self-onboarding. Professional adds hands-on onboarding assistance. Enterprise includes a dedicated success engineer and a data-migration engagement.
Are there transaction fees?
No. Tenelix never takes a cut of payments you process — connect your own processor or run cash / POS directly.
Can pricing change after we sign?
Annual contracts lock pricing for the term, and any customer-facing change is announced ahead of time. USD is the contract currency; we bill African tenants in their local currency at a snapshot rate.
