Cloud deployment

Tenelix Cloud is a fully managed deployment: we host, operate, secure, and back up the platform, so your clinic runs on it without maintaining any infrastructure. It's hosted on AWS in Cape Town, which keeps patient data in-region for African clinics.

Onboarding

For Starter and Professional: request early access and we set up your 14-day trial for you — we provision your tenant and walk you through patient import.

For Enterprise: contact sales@tenelix.com. Onboarding includes a security review, dedicated database provisioning, and a 90-day success engagement.

Tenant subdomains

Each tenant gets a subdomain on tenelix.cloud:

• clinic-name.tenelix.cloud — your tenant
• tenelix.cloud — central sign-in (the apex; routes you to your clinic)

Custom domains (e.g., emr.yourclinic.com) are available on Enterprise.
