Cloud deployment

Tenelix-managed cloud deployment on AWS — ECS Fargate, RDS, ElastiCache, S3.

Tenelix Cloud is a managed deployment on AWS. Customers don't operate the infrastructure — Tenelix does.

Architecture

The cloud deployment runs on AWS:

  • Edge: CloudFront (CDN, SSL, WAF) + Route 53 (DNS)
  • App tier: ECS Fargate — auto-scaled web service, queue worker, scheduler
  • Data tier: RDS PostgreSQL (Multi-AZ), ElastiCache Redis, S3
  • Observability: CloudWatch + X-Ray

Standard tenants share an RDS database with row-level isolation. Enterprise tenants get their own RDS instance.

Regions

Tenelix Cloud is currently available in eu-west-1 (Ireland) and af-south-1 (Cape Town). Enterprise tenants can request specific regions for data residency.

Onboarding

For Starter and Professional: request early access and we set up your 14-day trial for you — we provision your tenant and walk you through patient import.

For Enterprise: contact sales@tenelix.com. Onboarding includes a security review, data residency selection, dedicated database provisioning, and a 90-day success engagement.

Tenant subdomains

Each tenant gets a subdomain on tenelix.cloud:

  • clinic-name.tenelix.cloud — your tenant
  • tenelix.cloud — central sign-in (the apex; routes you to your clinic)

Custom domains (e.g., emr.yourclinic.com) are available on Enterprise.
